Refund Policy

Lizz Kitchen does not offer refunds or returns for any products sold via its website or any other portal(s) or website(s) affiliated to it for any reasons due to Customer's change of mind / accidental purchase

In limited cases where the Customer does not receive product in the promised time frame (where Lunch shall be delivered before 1.30pm and Dinner shall be delivered before 7.00pm) or does not receive the product at all, with verifiable proof from driver, Lizz Kitchen will assist in meal replacement request for the said products through customer service. In the condition where Customer does not agree with replacement deal, full or partial refund can be requested

Refunds will be made directly to the Customer's bank account - Maximum of 14 working days after the refund request is received from the Customer.
